Interesting--they appear to have introduced NEW entries, or at least entries that weren't shown in the original website, into the contest. I don't recognize some of these, but I was talking about the original entries. I should have included a link to the earlier post, which also showed a much broader range of competitors. None of mine were in the awards webpage. http://www.morganica.com/bloggery/2008/09/10/holy-sapphirability (and click on the Bombay link--you have to go through a bunch of "yes i'm of age" nonsense) Anyway, my favorites according to the rules (i.e., it's got to be a comfortable drinking glass) were, in order: Lake Baikal (Korea) Ramify (Thailand) Infinite (Finland) But if you just wanted an all-out gaga-gorgeous buy-it-in-a-heartbeat glass you didn't plan to drink from?
