The D300 with that macro lens is doing some amazing things. Soon as I figure out how to finish coding the gallery I’ll start posting this stuff on the website.

Yeah, got this thing about hardware. Got my first camera when I was 5 or 6, a Brownie, and the first thing I did was go out and shoot bumpers of cars. Lots of ‘em.

But Lani and Mary Kay, thanks for such nice words. Gotta admit I’m looking at them and thinking “gee, what I wouldn’t give to take those again with a REAL camera…”

Lani, all the gals that I hang around with think that pipes & stuff like that are teh boss. I mean, what’s not to like about a Praxair unit covered in frost? Of course, I live with a gal that grew up in a hardware store. Someday The Dot and I will sit down and organize our pictures…

Those images of the oxygen equipment are amazing. I walk by that apparatus every day. While I find it compelling, I had no idea it was so beautiful.
