I too eschew the "face paint" - mostly because I have other things to do, and Rick has never liked me in it. When we were first married, my father-in-law bought me an Es de Lauter kit in order to "help" me with my appearance. Thank goodness they gave up on that after SEVERAL years. lol Our oldest daughter, Stephanie, is the makeup guru in our family (like your sisters). I don't even know HOW she knows, because I never encouraged it (think of the money saved by not wearing the stuff). I have a friend who sells Mary Kay and we have come to an agreement: I'm a Cover Girl kinda girl...I love the moisturizers and cleansers...we don't talk much about the makeup. Loved your blog.
